NEW SALON POLICY

PRE-APPOINTMENT CHECK LIST:

1 ) Do you have any symptoms such as cough, fever, body aches, headaches, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste and/or smell, runny nose, sneezing, diarrhea?  OR are you living with someone who is experiencing ANY of these symptoms?

Fever, dry cough, body aches, headaches, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste and/or smell, diarrhea?

If yes, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

2) Do you suffer from any of the following:

• Chronic lung disease or moderate to severe asthma

• Serious heart conditions

• Immunocompromised

• Severe obesity (body mass index [BMI] of 40 or higher)

• Poorly controlled diabetes

• Chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis

• Liver disease

If yes to any of the above, you should be cautioned that you may be at increased risk of contracting Covid 19 due to your pre-existing condition. Together we should weigh up the risk versus the treatment outcomes.

DOOR WILL BE LOCKED BETWEEN CLIENTS:

Please note, I will not be accepting walk-in’s until further notice, this includes: Coming in to make an appointment and purchasing retail products or gift vouchers. PLEASE PHONE OR SMS AHEAD and I will mark out a time that suits you and have anything you need ready for a quick and smooth transaction. My appointment times are limited with my booked clients so coming out for such reasons will eat into their time and my blocked out sanitizing time that I have allocated between every appointment.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: 

  • Mask must be worn throughout the entire duration of your visit.

  • Hand sanitizer at reception desk is to be used upon arrival. No exceptions. 

  • Skin treatments or any treatment that requires mask removal, cannot be performed until further notice.

  • If you arrive early to your appointment, please do not knock on the door, kindly wait in your car - If for any reason I have finished my previous client earlier, sanitized and set up for you, I will send a courtesy SMS to let you know, just in case you have already arrived.

  • Contact details will be checked and updated if needed.  

  • Temperature will be checked- 37.5 degrees or above will result in cancellation of your appointment- Please be understanding  and respectful that I am trying to see everyone as soon and safely as possible, If your appointment does not go ahead on the day, I not only lose my time, a client waiting has also lost an opportunity to be treated.

  • I ask that you please refrain from bringing anyone along to your appointment where possible.

  • Please do not touch any products on the retail stand- they will be wiped down with an antibacterial wipe prior to being shelved.

  • I am no  longer able to offer a blanket during skin treatments, please bring your own from home- I will make sure the heater is on on cold days so I can keep you as cosy as possible. Please see 3rd dot point above.
